Text of the consent that you accept by checking the corresponding box in the application form of the club «Project Management Hub».
In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", by submitting an application through this form, I give my consent to ABMapex (hereinafter — the Operator) to process my personal data, including last name, first name, email address, phone number, Telegram handle, links to social network profiles, and any other information voluntarily provided by me in the application form.
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer (provision, access) to authorized employees and contractors of the Operator, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction. Processing is performed both with and without automation tools.
Three years from the moment of application submission, or until consent is revoked. Revocation is performed by sending a written statement to the Operator's email address listed on the club page.
The Operator does not transfer my personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, and except for transfers to authorized contractors acting on behalf of the Operator and bound by equivalent obligations to protect personal data.
By checking the "I consent to personal data processing" box in the application form, I confirm that I have read this text, understand it, and accept its terms.
